Choco Bite is quick sweet treat that you can make with chocolate, Parle-G biscuits, oats and milk. With no sugar added it is a healthy and enticing snack option for kids.
Ingredients:
Chocolate – 250gms
Parle-GÂ Biscuit – 20
Oats – 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 tbsps
Cashew nuts – 10, broken into pieces
Raisins – 10, cut into halves
Cadbury Gems or M&M – 20
Method:
- Blend Parle-G biscuits into fine powder.
- Heat milk a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add chocolate and let it melt on low flame.
- In another pan, roast oats till they become crisp.
- To the molten chocotate, add cashew, raisins, powdered biscuit and roasted oats.
- Mix well.
- Divide this dough into 20 equal postions.
- Make roundels of each portion and flatten them slightly.
- Place a Cadbury Gems on each flattened Choco Bite. Repeat this for all the remaining portions.
- Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate.
- Serve refrigerated.
