This Lehsun kit Chutney or Garlic Chutney goes well with any millet roti like Bajra Roti or Jowar Roti.
Ingredients:
Garlic Pods – 1 1/2 (approx. 10 to 12 large garlic cloves)
Red Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 tsps
Lemon Extract – 1 tbsp
Dessicated Coconut – 1 tbsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel garlic cloves.
- Blend all the ingredients into smooth paste using 1 tbsp water. I used dessicated coconut to reduce the pungency of garlic. You can exclude dessicated coconut, if you like the strong flavor of garlic.
- Serve.
