This Microwave Brownie recipe is an easy and quick way to make eggless brownie in a microwave.
Ingredients:All Purpose Flour(Maida) – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 1/4 cup
Butter – 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/4 cup
Curd – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence – 6 drops
Cashew nuts – 10
Raisins – 10
Cocoa Powder – 1/4 cup
Butter – 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/4 cup
Curd – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence – 6 drops
Cashew nuts – 10
Raisins – 10
Method:
- Sieve together maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and sodium-bi-carbonate.
- In a mixing bowl, take butter and powdered sugar and beat until it becomes smooth and fluffy.
- Add curd, sieved powders and beat lightly.
- Add milk and beat lightly.
- Now add vanilla essence, cashewnuts and raisins and mix well.
- Grease a microwave safe dish with little butter or ghee.
- Line it with a greaseproof paper.
- Pour the mixture into the greased and lined dish.
- Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes
- Set the temperature to 70% power and microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove the dish from microwave and keep it aside.
- Preheat the microwave using microwave+grill option to 220 degree C.
- Bake the brownie at 220 degrees C for 3 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and let it cool.
- Cut it into squares.
