Strawberry & Banana Smoothie is a healthy breakfast and best way to add fruits into kids diet.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Strawberries, hulled – 6
Banana – 1
Sweetened Vanilla Soy Milk/ Almond Milk – 1 cup
Maple Syrup / Honey – 1 tablespoon (adjust according to taste)
Ice Cubes – 2 to 3
Method:
- With 1/2 cup of preferred milk, blend all the remaining ingredients.
- Now add remaining milk and blend for for 2-3 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
