Mango Sharbath is one of the best summer drinks prepared from the pulp of small raw wild mangoes. The sourness of these mangoes gives this juice all its flavor. I bet no one can stop at one serving of this juice.
Ingredients:
Kadu Mavinahannu (Small variety mangoes) – 12
Sugar – 3/4 cup (adjust depending on the sourness of mangoes)
Method:
- Peel mangoes.
- Take mangoes in a deep bottomed vessel, add sugar and squeeze out the mango pulp.
- Discard the mango pits.
- Dilute with chilled water.
- Serve chilled.
