Ugadi Pachadi is a must have delicacy prepared on Ugadi festival day in Andhra Pradesh. It is a concotion of all the flavors, sweet, spicy, sour, tart, bitter and salt. Every household has their own of way making this Pachadi. This recipe is prepared using tamarind pulp, jaggery, mango pieces, neem flowers, banana pieces, green chili, water and salt.

Ingredients:
Tamarind Extract – 2 tbsps
Jaggery Powder – 2 tbsps
Raw Mango pieces – 2 tbsps
Neem Flowers – 1 tbsp
Banana pieces – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsps
Green Chilli pieces – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and serve.
