Banana Pancake is an easy and quick breakfast for toddlers. This eggless recipe makes soft pancakes that can even be packed for their lunch box.
Ingredients:
Well Ripened Banana – 2 small
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk – 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence – 5 drops
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cadbury Gems/Choco chips – a few
Method:
- Peel and mash the banana thoroughly in a mixing bowl.
- Add flour, powdered sugar, milk, baking powder and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle.
- Squeeze the bottle on a preheated non-stick griddle to make pancakes of desired shapes and sizes. Set the flame to medium.
- Smear some ghee on top of the pancake when roasted at the bottom. Flip the side and roast on medium flame.
- Decorate them with gems or choco chips.
Sounds like a simple and very easy to prepare kind of dish. I don’t mind trying it for myself…
